HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
We accept online payment through PayPal. PayPal is safe, secure and easy to use. If you'd like to make a purchase with a check or money order, please fill out the online order form.

If payment is made by money order, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. If payment is made by check, we reserve the right to hold the order until our bank clears your check, although we usually ship the order in 3-5 business days. OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
Items will be shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail unless other shipping arrangements have been made. Flat fee for this service is $6.00. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO DELIVERY. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT BUYER SECURES INSURANCE. PLEASE ADD $2.00 PER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS OF INSURANCE DESIRED.

Foreign orders welcome, shipping and/or insurance will vary, please inquire.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
We are collectors, first and foremost. We take extra care to fully describe our items. If you have any questions regarding any of the items you are ordering, please email us before placing your order. If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within ten (10) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition when originally sent to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. Insurance and shipping of returns is entirely your responsibility. If you have any questions about this policy or if our packaging was damaged in transit to you, please call (909) 941-6402 before shipping your return.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY:
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, please do the following: If your order was shipped by US Mail, take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local US Post Office to file a claim. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. We are not able to issue a refund on items damaged by the US Post Office, the USPS is responsible.

CGC SALES:
Please note that we do accept returns on our regular stock however, all sales of comic books noted as graded by the Comic Guarantee Corporation and sealed in the CGC protective casing are final, we regret this, although it is necessary as we did not grade the comic.

TIME PAYMENTS:
Available on a case by case basis.
